hi all.can u help me.im getting a mobilty car.the trouble is this.petrol.can i afford it.diesil is best but all small cars.will i get the speed.im not a speed nut but i like to pass quick.im looking at the ford focus petrol.or citreon c3 petrol.i wonder if they is a fast diesil out there ive seen a ford 1400 diesil can anybody help please
THANK U VERY MUCH this is important for me as after a long happy marradge it all went wrong 5 years ago im alone no friends.a car will meen a new life.i just do not like slow cars small cars.im looking for something i might b able to sleep in just over night.as i want to see the uk.but its nill deposit.any thought please god bless

Diesels go just as fast as gas cars, diesels are not quick, they are a little slow on acceleration. Diesels cost more to buy and cost more to maintain. fuel mileage would probably be about equal for the same size engine. I personally don't think diesel is cost effective in a passenger car.
Dodge makes a V 10 diesel with lots of speed and acceleration.I tis only available in a pickup truck style I believe.
