I would say that it depends on how tall she is, her bone density, and how much exercise she does. My mother weighed 125 lbs. at 45, now at 75 she weighs 98. She is only 5'1" and is very small boned.

it depends on your height, eveyone is different, my mother is 45 and she is 5'1 and weights only 110lbs
