Since there is memory, let´s just not call it racism, but xenophobia, it´s a more accurate term. Gee, where to start... ever since there´s been a society group superior to another in any aspect, it most likely sought to dominate the "lesser" group. The persians over the hebrews, the egiptyans over the hebrews, the romans over the hebrews, the romans over the christians; the Hun´s, the Otomans, the Vikings, the Nazis, the KKK, and so on. Then came the era of the travelers and conquest: Europe imperializing most of Africa and bringing it´s people to America (the continent as a hole from Canada to Argentina) and back to europe as slaves.

Who knows? Perhaps the T-Rex picked on the Stegasaurs because of it's spiky tail and insulted it all the time.

Racism is as old as the hills.

Just as soon as men became aware that there were differences between them. I wouldn't know the year, I'm old, but not that old.
