Look, I can understand why some of you are upset about the Iraq situation, I am too in some ways, however, I am a republican by nature and I will not base my whole voter thinking process on this alone.
What about other issues like taxes, and abortion.
Remember, Iraq is a temporary thing, abortion is always going to be a problem. Please don't vote against these and many other conservative issues just because Iraq is hanging out there. Way more innocent lives are being murdered every day than our poor American soldiers, and God Bless them. Think about this!

Why would I even consider voting any other way than Republican ?? The Dems have no plan, other than "better", and just continue their time-honored practice of mudslinging and fact twisting. They have nothing to offer, other than fear !!

You've got to be kidding!!! Our president and his administration lied to get us into a war for his own agenda and never for WMD or 9/11. Every day innocent soldiers are being killed along with innocent Iraqi's and you can say that this isn't as important as the issue of abortion. What has Bush done that would make you want to support him, Katrina, health, illegal aliens the economy? What in the world has this man done that hasn't been self serving? Things like abortion and homosexuality should be delt with at the local level and in churches by teaching the word of God and allowing Him to show people what they need to do. It's a big mistake to mix politics and religion because you get people who want to dictate their beliefs down the throats of anyone who apposes theirs. Want to fight abortion? Work in a clinic for unwed mothers or something like that, but don't expect politics to change the morals of people.

If Bush was a conservative (which he's not) or governed as a conservative (which he hasn't), I would vote for him. He's a neo-con who spends US tax money like a drunken sailor.

I have looked at all the issues like taxes (plenty of tax cuts but no spending cuts) and abortion (real conservatives say it's none of your business and none of the government's business).

Why do you consider an embryo more important than the life of soldiers? Think about that.

That's going to be tough to do; come election time. You KNOW what everyone has on their mind. I think alot of the other issues right now are going to be pushed to the back-burner; sadly to say. But, you're right; we must think of ALL the issues in our government.
