Have you recently started exercising a lot? There is an 'after burn' effect that can cause night sweats. If not, how much clothing or heavy blankets are you using at night? Could be you are over-heated. Your body works like a thermometer to regulate itself and your metabolism. It's best to get checked out by a doctor.

bad dreams? down blanket? the room is too hot?
I had a dream the other night that my husband left me, and I woke up in a cold sweat.
Also, sometimes if i wake up in the middle of the night i can feel that my husband is really hot and a little sweaty. we have a down blanket and that might be too hot.
(i'm 21 so its not menopause)

I've heard of tb, menopause, or a low grade fever. Check with your doctor.
