this young man has to be right up on the screen to see somethings and still cant see. is there any thing i can get to put over my screen to help him see??????..... thanks

There are magnifiers, however Windows XP has a magnifier tool. Its under start, all programs, accessories, accessability, magnifier

You prorobally want to take him to an eye doctor.
The problem is with his eyes, not the computer.
