I feel panicky when I even think about the loud, chaotic environment of a club. I don't join my 20 something friends at the clubs because I have panic attacks. I have been very sheltered all my life (Home schooled) and I can't handle the crowded, loud and rambunctious environment. Everyone treats me like I'm weird but I just think that clubs and parties aren't for me.

NO, you are not weird, just different. Pay them no mind do and live with whatever feels comfortable to YOU.
You really are not missing much and there is a good chance of not getting into trouble, hurt or accident. That is either an accident to or from the clubs or some one acting a fool in the club.
Stay strong, and live longer. All that will come when you are ready. I really think you are more mature.

Well from what I've heard several things happen at clubs: mostly drug use, unprotected sex, people getting intoxicated beyond rational thought, some dancing, a lot of drinking, and regretful decisions all around...my sister told me when I turned 19 that it wasnt all what it was cracked up to be. Never be forced into something you dont want to do, if your 19 yrs old and still living, whatever has gotten you this far seems to be working alright so continue it!

That scene just isn't for everyone. Possibly your friends are making a big deal of it because they only recently turned old enough to go to these clubs. Sometimes restaurants that are restaraunt/bars have a band that plays on weekend nights. Maybe you could compromise with your friends and go to someplace like that. I can tell you that in that setting you are not likely to be subjected to people just trying to pick you up, but you do get to enjoy some live music and have some drinks.

Clubs are socially intense places. Also, they are very time consuming and can be a little empty if you feel you have something else to offer the world. A little later when you want to decide what you really want to do, consider getting involved in your town. While clubbers are out trying to make their mark, you can become active in politics and make a real difference.

no ur not wierd everyone has their own fears and experiences, your just not used to being in that kind of environment... if u want to try and get over your fear i would suggest taking small steps at a time... but you are who u are and dont let what people think put u down, or change ur mind about urself.

Maybe it's simply not for you. How about if your friends all jumped off a cliff and expected you to follow?

Or perhaps you should try it out and see if you can get over your fear. It could be a great personal accomplishment.
