My friend described part of his Halloween costume to me. He's wearing a top hat, a bowtie, cummerbund, and gloves and carrying a cane. He won't tell me who he is but he says it is a person, fictional or real and he said it's similar to Alex DeLarge from A Clockwork Orange in some way. Please, someone help me figure out who he is!

I don't think he's Brendon Urie because when I asked him if he was Brendon Urie, he said, "who." It's still a possibility if he doesn't know the name, because he does like Panic!

He's also not Fred Astaire, I've already asked. It's someone you'll recognize as being "that person" when you see them.

I just remembered, he said he might need to borrow my mascara.

It was a movie of some time ago, two guys are roomates. One is a dog carrier/sitter. Delivers dogs to dog shows.

The other a chaufer. Chaufer takes pretty women to airport, sees women abandons the briefcase, runs after her with it.

Since that is the start of the movie the two criss cross across the countryside looking for her.

In the end they are both dressed as high society men. They in the end have a bunch of IOU notes in the briefcase which was ealier a payoff for a adultnapping.

Cannot recall the movie at all!

HInt the van had carpet all over it and had a face shape like a dog.

Oh, hard one. Perhaps Baron Samedi from the Bond movie "Live and let Die"

Love Clockwork Orange. It's all I can think of when I hear "Singing in the Rain"
