The plant I've been working at for the past 4 years is shutting it's doors the first of the year (thanx so much warren buffet). It is the last job in my area that pays $10 an hour. The rest of the jobs in my area pay minimum wage. In order to support my family I am going to have to work 2 full time jobs a week. With doing this I won't be able to go too school to get a college education. I am a national guardsman and I have a regestration number as a native american. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i understand completely...I am from a small town where jobs are scarce and pay low b/c so many people need jobs.
I am a full time student too.
first of all ...check your college and the STATE that you live in for the education scholarship sources. If you are native amer. and can prove it you would be surprised at how much assistance you can get!
Delivering pizzas sucks but it pays the bills and kinda flexible....does your significant other work? ...sometimes two small pay checks are better than 1 big one....
try to find ways to cut back on all expenses possible...
no cable
no extra phones
no extra dining out
pack school lunches
sell extra stuff that you find on ebay
grade down from high speed internet to a cheap dial up company
analyze all expenses and cut corners everywhere...
sacrificing now will pay off in the end

I do a degree through correspondence and I work too. It wont cost too much and it wont take too much time (probably about 4-6 hours per week). I suggest that you do the same and get your degree from a reputed college recognized by the government and employers too.

Sell some of your things, start your own business, or find a job that isn't in your area.
