You should create Supervisor:
Go to Control Panel>Internet ptions.on the Content tab click Enable.
A window will be open called Content Advisor.on the General tab
check the second checkbox.
Click CreatePassword and give your favorite password.
AND
Go to Control Panel>Internet ptions.on the Security tab enter the Restricted and Trusted sites .
AND
Go to Control Panel>Internet ptions.on the Content tab click Enable.
A window will be open called Content Advisor.on the Rating tab choose Sex and turn down the trackbar to Zero.
Person who want to visit untrusted sites should have password,but just you have this password.
It will work successfully.

If your running Windows XP Professional you can try using the Content Advisor. Otherwise I'd get parental control software or better yet, just dont let your kid use it or whom ever your trying to prevent that material from popping up. Just as a FYI you can get around any parental control.

Hi.Browsers have built in levels of content control. In Google, go to preferences and turn up the level until you get the blocking you desire.
