To become President of the United States, a person must be 35 years or older, he must be born in the United States and be a resident of the United States for a minimum of 14 years. The Constitution DOES NOT say anything about being born on a military base overseas. The poster(s) who say you can be president if you are born on a military base overseas are wrong.
Check your state's requirements to become a mayor or a governor.

Nah, seriously:
Sec 1, Article II of the Constitution stipulates that the holder of the office must be a natural born citizen of the United States (US or military bases overseas), 35 years of age, and resident of the US for fourteen years

There are probably other requirements, but those are some of them.

What human being could consider themselves worthy and able to represent the interests of over 200 million people and to control all of them, at the same time actually "making a difference" to history and the future of the world? Surely only a lunatic would even try...

Be part of the one of the 13 families of the illuminati. Be reptillian and also be 35. They don't care where you're born. As long as you're illuminati. So basically don't even freakin try.

I think that you would need to have a strong power of persuasion and a burning desire to be these kinds of people at least. A leadership portfolio from past interests would also be helpful.
