In ImageReady, there is an animation window. If it is not showing, go to Windows and click Animation. When the Animation window comes up, select the Animation tab. At the bottom of the Animation tab, you will find a "Tweens animation frames" button to the right of the "Select Next frame" button. Click that "Tweens animation frames" button and specify how many frames you want. And then you will whole bunch of frames being created. And then you click on each frame to put different layers in to show your jpeg files. You can click on that Plays/Stops animation button at any time to see the animation.

if u have photoshop cs2 and imageready cs2, i would say u r on the way. those r really helpful and easy to use. or u can go for flash too. flash is easy and u can make .gif animation using flash. flash has the keyframe system that is pretty cool.

Good luck!

Why not just use a recording device like your phone or a camcorder then upload that video to imageready. Imageready will peice each frame from that video then just go in and edit and make it smaller by taking some frames out.
