Just a curious question for the fans of the show... who do you prefer and why? I enjoyed Mariska for awhile but am totally enamored with Connie's character too! I think she's a great addition and they keep her. She's gritty. Thanks for looking at my question.

EVEN THOU I THINK THE NEW GIRL IS COOL, I THINK MARISKA HARGITAY IS GREAT. I REALLY HAVE MISSED HER ON THE SHOW AND CAN'T WAIT TILL HER RETURN. I DO THINK THAT IT WOULD BE A GREAT STORY LINE WITH BOTH OF THEM FIGHTIN OVER BEING ELLIOT'S PARTNER THOU LOL. HELL I SAY KEEP THE NEW GIRL BUT DO PUT HER WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THERE IS NO ONE THAT CAN FILL MARISKA'S SHOES. BUT CONNIE WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION TO THE SHOW.

Why? Her and Chris have such great chemistry. It gives the show a more human characteristic, they give it the personal level. I personal do not like Connie. Mariska is back the 31st!! can't wait! but I dont know if Connie will stay for a while. Who knows maybe is Olivia and Elliot finally get together then they will need Connie so they can switch partners...maybe I'm just thinking wishfully but I am an EO shipper

Definitely Mariska.
I like the new detective but she doesn't have the charisma that Mariska Hargitay has, nor the chemistry that Mariska has with Christopher Meloni.

Mariska is 1/2 the team of Elliot/Olivia and they need to be together for the show. They ARE the show.

MARISKA ALL THE WAY.......connie cant even begin to fill her shoes ......if they want to keep her may be they should team her with ice tea and he can show her how to use the few talents she has or to really get things going team her with munch and watch the sky explode
the only good thing about connie is the fact she made elliot really look at what he was doing and make him think about how he needs to change to keep his partnership going with olivia.

Loved Mariska, but I'll have to admit I think I like Connie a little better. I hope they don't want a new Elliott though.
