Trying to update Definition files?

trying Norton Live Update. I get answer" LU1814, could not retrive update list".. What could my problem be?? Norton has not been able to help me

I typed Norton Live Update. + LU1814 in the google search bar and came up with full instructions on what to do about your problem. Much too long to copy and paste it all here but it looks like it will help you. Seems this is not an unusual issue with the Norton software
