Yes highlight the address by clicking on it once or drag your mouse over it with the left mouse button so it is highlighted
Then once it is highlighted right click on it choose copy then go to ask where you type in your question then right click again and choose paste, or just type the hole address in it is up to you
Make sure you get the http:// in too or it will not put a direct link to the site
www.yahoo.com (see it will not work)
but with http://
http://www.yahoo.com (Now it will take you there just by clicking on it)

You open the box were you ask your question then go to the web site copy URL the paste it in the box were you ask the question. like this
