Not really only if it was like the jacket style with no belly shirt and the mini shirt should be down to right above the knees kind of like gogo's outfit in Kill Bill. The person should be having fun but dressing like that isn't that good unless you're wearing another shirt underneath it then it's kind of okay. But if you're trick or treating the person shouldn't really wear the miniskirt just a knee length skirt.

Hmm how ironic, they're little school girls trying to dress older and sexy dressing up as school girls? If they're trying to look older, I wouldn't do that 'cause it's just going to make them look young anyway...but halloween gives all girls (well almost all) a reasonable way of dressing like total prostitutes for a night-to be something we're not usually.

I think that it is pretty funny. Halloween is the day that gives everyone the excuse to dress up as they normally wouldn't, so I don't think that there is too much to worry about and that these girls are just being silly girls and are just probably just trying to have some fun.

Because most school girls dont wear uniforms and its a basic idea for halloween...where im from we dont really care about costume so much..throw on a mask, and go to every house in the neighbourhood for candy..(or cause trouble)
