If men can run the world, why can't they stop wearing neckties?

Also, I think some guys like to wear neckties because it gives them a place to be a bit individualistic.

For whatever reasons, in the past century the male uniform is dark suit, white shirt, and necktie. Nobody who is in power (with some curious exceptions that prove the rule) or who wants to be in power will violate this rule. Male culture is about conformity. One commentator noted that the worst thing about being male is the fact that you mostly get told what to do, because maleness is a series of poses that all men have to play, like it or not.

So, to go without a necktie and violate the conformity rule in male society is almost as bad as crossdressing. You can do it, but be prepared to give up everything else. For most guys, it's not worth it. Look at brokers, lawyers, senators, and other similar male dominated professions in life, and notice how all the guys look pretty much alike. That's what our culture values, and those guys are willing to play by those rules to get the perks: power, privelege, money, and the company of desirable women. Simple stuff, really.

Neckties are a logo of servitude that facilitate strangulation, that's for particular. And who says adult males can run the international besides? seems tremendously screwed as much as me perfect approximately now!

I've been neck tie free for several years now. But they are still there...in the back of the closet and I know I could fall off the wagon any time.
