because someone said that gay guys are just dumb for liking guys but you know what my best friends is gay and he is really smart. So what do you think about it?

No. Gay guys are not dumb. They are the most smartest and intelligent indivduals that I know, who have hardly any to none judgement about others. Their fashion sense is great and I sure could use some pointers.

All the gay men I know are very intelligent, so I think that that is ridiculous. Personally, I believe that homophobes and bigots are the dumb ones; unable to see past sexuality in a person is just pathetic!!!

Intelligence doesn't have a sexual preference. Some gays are smart just as some straight people are smart. Gays could also be considered smarter because they have gone through the ordeal of accepting themselves against what other people tell them they are supposed to be.

I am a gay American. and I'm an electronics communication engineer for the Government. I don't think I'm dumb. And I have a lot of straight friends. And they call me up asking me for advice all the time.

In my culture a gay person is very fortunate because we have and possess two souls, a female and male souls...so I believe we would have to be smarter than straight males.....We tend to be neater, smarter, dress fashion oriented, have alot of female friends...as well as male friends....So for your question, no gays are not dumb, but smarter and more intellect.

I think that they are people just like anyone else...smart, dumb, foolish,...you name it, they are just like everyone else. Perhaps they make a bad choice sexually, but that has nothing to do with their whether they are smart or dumb.
