Sometimes pride may play a factor, but I also think there are people that actually think they have nothing to be sorry for, even if they have caused pain. It's just how some peoples twisted minds are.

hard for others but not for me,i always say sorry so u might as well call me the "sorry girl" but i guess its the pride in a person that can make a person not want to say sorry

Pride, it's a mindset - thinking that you are better than the other person most times. Nowaday education & being intelligent does make one prideful & myopic to oneself without seeing the viewpoint of others.

Because people have so much pride & selfishness in themselves. And some people do not realize that they have done anything wrong. When friend's/family have said to them what they have done wrong I wish they would ask what they have done wrong instead of insisting that they haven't done anything wrong.
