my friend was supposed to do the speech and drama squad with me, and then she said she couldn't go to the contest because she had to go to her grandparents house. it is only a couple weeks before the contest, and she's known about it for week. Should I be mad st her?

i don't think you should be mad at her but tell her that she dissappointed you and in future should stick with her commitments

I'd talk to her, maybe the grandparent thing just came up, maybe she was told she had to go. Before you get upset find out what really is going on, maybe her grandparents are ill and not expected to live...you need to slow down and talk to her before getting upset. Since you have a few weeks I'm sure you can find someone else to fill in her spot.

i would be upset, but i think u should still talk to her, if she is ur real friend she will understand.
