Here are a few ideas... If you are interested in fitness, you could get certified as a personal trainer (CPT) and specialize in pre-natal fitness. There are many associations which certify trainers, such as NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine). If you are interested in healthcare, there is the option of becoming a midwife or doula (birthing coach). If you are interested in retail, there are maternity clothing stores. And also a lot of pregnant women need pampering, so you could be a massage therapist who works on pregnant women.
