In the north Britannia - the British Isles up to Hadrians Wall, Gaul up to the Rhine and Dacia across the Danube. To the west, Britannia again and Spain and Portugal. To the south, Egypt and a band along the north coast of Africa and to the east, Mesopotamia.

The western regions were named Iberius (Spain), Lusitania (Portugal),

The northern regions were Brittanium (England), Caledonia (Scotland), Germania (Germany), Gaul - Cisalpine & Transalpine (France).

The Southern region was generally known as Africanus.

I'm not sure about the names given to the eastern region.
