Nice Guess by the guys above. Lead off walks score 39.9% (Basically 40%) of the time in MLB. Here are all the stats for (1974-2002)[Most recent I could find posted anywhere].

it is literally the percentage of leadoff walks that at some point come scoring in the inning

for example if joe loser walks the lead off batter bill ninja and bill scores that inning the percentage goes up
