Pamper her
Send her out for the day. - If you have kids organise them to have a night at Grandma's
On her return have the house spotless. Direct her to the freshly run petal filled bath. Deliver champagne to her as she lies back and relaxes. Sit down and enjoy a meal that you prepared for her. This rest of the evening is up to you.
This to me is better than a brought gift as you have put thought, time and effort into making the day special.

Get your wife something she will never forget, Like a diamond necklace, or plan a romantic getaway for the two of you (of course keeping it a secret) and then get a couple's massage at a spa. This treatment will do wonders for your marriage, because it will show that you have a romantic side, and that you were thoughtful enough to treat her like a princess. By the way don't get her a ridiculous gift....like my husband did....He got me a Soccer ball for our 5th year anniversary....the crazy thing is I don't like soccer at all....I guess you could say it has definitely made a lasting impression. GOOD LUCK!
