You just need to work out the percentage of time that the person worked out for (out of the hour)

For example:
1. 15 minutes out of 60 minutes = 25% of the time
Therefore 25% of 650 calories would be 162.50
2. 35 minutes out of 60 minutes = 58.3% of the time
Therefore 58.3% of 700 calories would be 408.1

1 = 650 * 60/15 = 162.5 cal.

2 = 700 * 60/35 = 1,200 cal.

15 mn + quarter of an hour
therefore 650/4= 162.5 cal

35 mn = 0.5833 hour
therefore 700* 0.5833= 408.33 cal
