How long do herbs keep for at room temperature in ziploc bags?

I suppose I mean retain their individual potency's.

until they mildew, for they will in a ziploc bag. So use them cause some herbs go bad quicker than others, like, mint, before rosemary.

I've had some keep that way for a decade..but in the basement where it is cooler.
