Most partial-birth abortions are performed in the 20-26 week range (the fifth and sixth months), and some are performed even later.
How is it done?
The surgeon pulls the fetus into the breech position. He forces scissors into the skull, removes them and inserts a suction catheter through which he suctions out the skull contents.
This is not only murder, but it is cruel and unusual punishment on a baby. It is unconstitutional. In the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution (1787) states, 'No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment' and appears in Article Five of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the United Nations General Assembly (A/RES/217, December 10, 1948
Pray for an end to abortion.

Generally, I would say "Yes" because an embryo is afterall a living being. If infanticide is considered as murder under most (if not all) legal systems, then why not abortion?
The bottomline is: abortion should not be treated as a lifestyle choice.
But having said that, I must also qualify that exceptions should be made where applicable. An example is when abortion is done for medical reasons, when the foetus is found to have some incurable birth deformities that may affect the rest of his/her life, as well as that of his/her famliy members.
Another example is a rape victim. If she was impregnated by her rapist, legally forcing her to keep the foetus/baby may add more to her trauma and prevent her from getting a complete recovery mentally and emotionally from the horrifying experience.

No. And the law is on my side.
One can not get an abortion (in most circumstances) after 12 weeks (3 months - the first "trimester" of pregnancy). The law does not recognize life as beginning before 24 weeks of pregnancy (6 months - the second "trimester" of pregnancy). So in the legal sense, you can not commit the crime of murder if the law doesn't recognize life being present.
I think the decision of abortion lies with the parent(s) of the "baby". So anyone else butting into the situation is nothing but wrong. I would prefer the government not telling me how to live my life, or telling me I have to remain pregnant. No one is forcing anyone to have an abortion, but it sure is nice to keep it legal - not only for an "option", but keeping it legal keeps it regulated. More deaths will happen if abortion is made illegal, because anyone will be able to perform them, and people will go to them. In those situations not only will the baby die, but so will the mother. Is that what the "pro-life" movement desires? If it is, they are hypocrites.

Interesting how the same questions keep popping up.
IMHO, if the fetus is potentially viable outside the womb, abortion is murder. Otherwise it is "just" a tragedy. In a few cases it is the lesser tragedy.

Depends on what stage the pregnancy is at. If there isn't much of a fetus to speak of, it's ok. If you're on your 6th month - you should've made up your mind earlier. Sure, you are killing a semi-developed living being, but I think it should be up to the MOTHER to decide. Would you rather her give birth to an unwanted baby, leave it in a dumpster or bake it in the oven (like a couple of women have done)?

No. I am a conservative, but I am pro-choice. I also think that it is helpful for the advancement of human health as a whole (stem cells).
