Hum pro-child killing am I? I have never killed a child, no matter how irritateing that 3 year old throwing candy at me is. As to a fetus? Last I heard it is no more then a glorified parasite in my body untill well into the 2nd trimester. Oh yeah and IT'S MY CHOICE. You have no right to inforce your morality on me, or anyone else, welcome to America. That being said, my reason to have and abortion Is none of your damnd business. And have you been a single parent? I was rasied by one...not that my mother did badly, but I wouldnt hold it agenst someone who didn't want that, or couldnt afford that. Oh and do YOU want to pay for the children that a poor woman can't afford beacuse some Catholic found it "immoral" to give her condoms/birthcontrol? Beacuse if you can please step up the orphans need someone like you, sanctimonious....holier-then-thou and less then informed about the real life reasons women like me get abortions, not becuse I am a whore, not beacuse I am stupid, or uneducated but becuse I have no room in my life for a child, I dont want a child out of wedlock and I am most certainly NOT putting a child into a home/ up for adoption take one look at THAT system and you will see why. Also, becuse at my heart I believe we are over-populated. Does that make me bad, becuse I use birth-control but did not have my tubes tied beacuse I dont want to go through what in a few years will be an unnessicary preceedure and choose NOT to stop haveing a healthy sex life, just beaceuse people like YOU dont like it? Grow up get over it and keep your roseries out of my ovaries.

First of all, if you really want to change peoples minds, you don't start your statement off with loaded terms like "child killers". You have already lost most of your intended audience once you did that.

You don't say where you got your percentage figures. That is another negative. Anyone can make up figures. I am not doubting the reasons people give for abortion but you should support your statement with sources to give more credence.

They're not children. I know I won't convince you of that but that's the way it is. The fetus is part of the woman's body until it is capable of existing on its own. That's not until late 2ND trimester at the very earliest. Because of that the woman has to decide if she should carry the pregnancy to term.
If you want to reduce abortions then promote the use of birth control and make it readily available.

If you have all these issues about it.. it sounds like your a Christian "against the murder of innocent fetuses". Well listen, any good Christian knows that God has a purpose for everything. Nothing goes without purpose. If this is the case, get over it. God's God, you're not going to make him stop doing the things he planned before time. Sorry.

Impressive #'s, but not likely to change minds. Those who are pro abortion, have minds like steel traps- slammed shut!

I don't think that something is living and viable unless it is capable of surviving on its own. If you removed the fetus before it was ready to come out on its own, would it survive? Also, abortions are actually helpful to humans overall. It is one factor in keeping the population in check, and the embryos are very useful in curing real people (stem cells).

Short answer: "No."

Longer answer: Do people use abortion when they should have used either birth control or abstention? Certainly. Do I like it? No. Is it the woman's right to choose? Yes.
