Chances are if you changed oil you put oil filter in backwards

Clogged oil line
Clogged oil cooler
Clogged oil filter
R crankcase oil passageways - from oil filter to oil lines - clogged.
Worn out oil pump
Damaged oil pump gear

yes a big bore kit will fix it. sounds like your rings are gone. strip the bike down see if any think else is worn as well.
