Light bill=50(winter){that is until they raise the rate, which they are supposed to do this year} 150(summer)
gas bill=40(summer) last winter averaged out to about 200
cable(satellite)=50(no extras)
phone=30 plus the cost of the internet, which is 23(I have VOIP phone service)

For the Gas and Electric bill it depends on how you heat your house and what season it is. The cable bill depends on you programming choices, i.e. do you have premium channels and the internet. Also with the phone bill it depends on the features you have such as call waiting and caller ID. Also it depends on what area of the country you live in. For NE where I live, I could spend about $500 for all four services in the winter and summer and only $200 during the spring and fall.

My electric bill is about $50 (light and cooking). All the others come from the same vendor RCN who bundles all-channel access digital cable, 10 meg cable modem ISP, and free local plus long distance phone into one package for about $180 per month.
