I'm trying to think of a movie that was on last Christmas--Santa has to rescue reindeer frm zoo & fllz in luv

Santa, or "Nick," can travel through mirrors. I thought it was called "Snow" but I can't find anything when I do search. The love interest is a zookeeper named Sandy. I would like to know the actors in the movie.

The only movie I can think it might be is Snow Queen
