Whats the best way to make eye contact? Does it always work? Can it work on ppl that may seem way outta your league(2 good 4 u)? D o i smile or not? Please give me all the details

Look at her eyes. If she is uncomfortable and looks away then she is not interested. There really shouldn't be any advanced techniques attempted.

Look at her and when she looks at you smile and look away. Don't stare cause it could creep her out. However if you do it a few times, looking smile and look away, then she will get the hint. If she seems annoyed with it I would stop. I think the whole league thing is silly. I mean I get it but yet sometimes guys get turned away from girls they think are to good for them when really the girl may be thinking the same thing! So don't judge someone out of your league unless you at least have a go at it.

Just look at her in the eyes with confidence. Don't stare her down, try to make it look natural. you can make a small smile, for example one of those side half smiles. those are cute.
Its not always true that she's not interested if she looks away. Its only a possibility. She also could be nervous.

Look directly in her eyes and then you'll show her that you're interested and not afraid to approach her. Don't smile. Stay calm and be confident. If she approaches you be yourself. Start a converstion by introducing yourself and just small talk. Hope this helps.
