There are many ... its hard to pick. Perhaps the question should have been pick the worst country from each inhabitable continent? Then I decided I couldn't decide.

So here goes: Sudan, China, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, tie for Israel & Syria. All for human rights violations or religious persecution which seems to be the "historic" reason for all wars.

EDIT: I forgot Mexico ... for their intrinsic governmental corruption. It disgusts me. Cuba ... dumbing down a country and its people. Not good.

Its a very broad question to ask. I will answer it in the sense of living in the worst countries in the world as I imagine them to be from what I have seen and heard. There would be more than one country horrible to live in. I could think of a few on the African continent alone that would be appalling to live in in terms of standards of living, political stability with moral leadership. Nth Korea would be another place I would not want to call home.

China, if you knew the country at all.National atheist ism is their belief in thousand years( Taoism and Budd ism are never majority and Confucianism is more like Philosophy than reg lion), and I don't think reg lion is spiritual beneficial to homo sapiens, but national skepticism is devastating that cause both moral decadence and implacable material greed .
Chinese history is a lot of vicious circles of Pre-Revolution, Revolution and Post-Revolution cycles, so they are even disillusioned about Revolution and Utopia idea a long long time ago, So basically , the governments and subjects relationship is always antagonistic , never constructive.

Great Question and not an easy one to answer. Right now I would have to say North Korea because of what they are doing right now. Kim Jong Il does not seem to care about his people and the fact he is going after nukes makes me feel very nervous about the future of the world. I personally think the leader of Zimbabwe is making that country one of the worst of the world because Mugabe (I believe that is his name) is ruling that country with an iron fist and is making it economically insecure. Zimbabwe got kicked out of the Commonwealth of Nations for God's sake because of his rule. Those are my two. Once again great question.

Iraq at the moment. More people are being killed daily as a byproduct of our attempts to save the country than are dying from genocide or starvation elsewhere. The country has no future except to be split into pieces, and even then the dying will continue.

England. The british empire has been oppressing mankind for centuries. Just think about how oppressive the US government is, and then consider the fact that nearly every president the US has ever had is related to british aristocrats, and the US government is actually run from london, through secret societies and international banking. not to mention the fact that the british empire secretly funded the nazis, the communists, the zionists, and probably plenty of other evil organizations that i don't have the pleasure of knowing about.

although, it wouldn't be appropriate to blame it ALL on the british empire, since they are only carrying on the agenda of the Phoenician, Egyptian, Sumerian, and Lemurian kings (and Atlanteans, if you're into that).

indonesia - every year they produce a lot of haze and seriously affected their neighbour countries, but until now they still cannot find a way to solve this crisis.
