At least you can use your computer to talk to friends and stuff. It could be worse... Here's a funny story...maybe this'll help:
The other night I was in karate class doing 50 jumping jacks. Normally that's not a problem. But this particular night I heard this strange clapping sound. I couldn't figure it out.
I got a second chance when, to my dismay, The instructor got ticked off because we didn't count loud enough. So as I began counting for a second time, "One! Two," I remembered...I was wearing thong underwear. What I heard was the sound of my flabby behind.
It sounded like two Virginia Hams applauding me.
If karate has taught me anything, it's:
*One- Never wear thong underwear to class.
*Two- Granny panties and tighty whities are good for something.
*Three- a jiggly butt doing jumping jacks is louder than five screaming martial artists.
You can't make this sort of stuff up.

a) sorry you had a bad day
b) what does this have to do with make up?
c) call ur best friend - she knows you better than any stranger on here, and she can remind you of some inside jokes that are sure to make you crack a smile...maybe you can even talk about some other things besides all these bad things you have listed...it will help you get ur
d) turn on some happy music, or even some sad music if you feel like it - i've found that the song "unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield is a nice song for when i am in a bad mood or just need to think
e) cry - it's important to let out all that tension from the day...don't be afraid to wipe off that mascara and just cry your heart out as you think about your problems
f) clean - let out that anger in a positive way
g) get over it - you have your whole life ahead of you, and you don't need to dwell on one single day - don't let your problems own you...YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF HOW YOU FEEL.

The best thing is to read a story about someone less fortunate than you. Try louis braille or helen keller. Go to google and type louis braille biography. Yeah, he like, stabbed himself in the eye...so um yeah.
Listen to sad emo songs
Sorry if you are not christian, but I am, so pray. Pray to God, and he will help you. If you feel like "why has he done this to me?" God has a plan for everyone
The bible says God brings us closer to him through hardship sometimes. I will pray for you
Trust me I know how it feels, I almost went through the same thing, and I still feel pain sometimes. Plus, I'm pretty sure i flunked the math test i got yesterday. :/

oh honey it's ok ,, it's just a phase and then everything will be ok again ,, about the boyfriend thing boyfriends come and go so to hell with him .. about the essay just put some music that u like and do it and get it done ,, about the doctor u don't have any other choice but to see him so u can be NORMAL again ,, don't worry **** happens and it'll be alright again ...

pray, be with your friends and family, and do something you enjoy doing like art,stuff with fashion,beauty, & think of all the other people who have it worse than you. you really don't have it all that bad if you think about it ..
