No one person is the most powerful, Bush is the leader of the most powerful nation in the world but as a person he has very little power because of our government structure, Kim in N. Korea has more personal power then our president. There are some Royal Saudis that are VERY which and with wealth comes some power and they control the flow. But one person, there isn't one.

george bush and tony blair are nowhere near being the most powerful people in the world. the fact that you know who they are is indicative of the fact that they are practically powerless. the most powerful people in the world are international bankers and high initiates of secret societies.

George Bush because he controls the strongest country in the world, but it is not a complete control. Also, you have to follow the money and the richest man in the world is Bill Gates. I, like you, am not really sure. What I know for certain is that it is not me.

The US is the most powerfull country in the world without even a close challanger. George Bush is the President of the US. That makes him the most powerfull person in the world.

IMO, its the Federal Reserve Chairman. The power he has over the global economy is immense. His raising/lowering the interest rates affects each and every one of us in some way.
