i had the same dilemma 3 years ago (my son's bday is halloween also, and we're celebrating #3 this year) um... i did a combination of regular happy bday stuff and halloween stuff... it was simple and very inexpensive... just grap a couple banners, and then some orange and black decorations. and if you do goody bags, this is a great time to do them... b/c of all the halloween stuff (the spider rings, and all the other little things they put out in the halloweem sect... are great for other children). have fun with it and don't stress too much... it'll be ok.. oh and, happy 1st bday!!!

You could decorate with cute pumpkins and candy corn. Serve milk with orange food dye in it and make pudding or something easy. Use orange, yellow and white colors at the party. Good luck!!
