It is tough now-a-days to live alone. It is so expensive.
Sounds like you have had a lot of things to deal with in life and you do need your space.

This is how I dealt with the problem.....just an idea for you.

I rented a two bedroom two bathroom. I rented out the master bedroom with the bath with in the room. I used the other bedroom. The living area seperated the two rooms. I wrote up an extensive agreement with the roomer. I checked references and twice had good roomers that I could trust.

Knowing that I needed my own space I to feel at home and not infringed upon. The rental agreement stated that the living space was mine. I was not looking for a friend, buddy or lover. The renter would use only the room. They could use the kitchen, but have their own stuff and food. I made space for this. I didn't want to clean up after them.

The agreement said they needed to give me a months notice before leaving. And that if the utilities went higher than a certian point they would have to chip in with the bills. (that never happened) I listed things that would give me the right to instantly throw them out, illegal drugs, drunkness, parties, being too noisey or too intrusive...etc.

It wasn't like being all on my own, but the rentee had college classes and also worked two jobs. I rarely saw him. He was quiet and poilte. We ocasionally talked to each other, but we mostly kept seperate lives.

You could live with your sister and save up enough money to help you when you find a place of your own.

I live on my own now.

It's not gonna be that easy, i think you should stay at your sister's for a while, and quit your job and start studying, you won't be able to concentrate while studying and working at the same time. And the more you study, the better chances of getting a job. Then when you do get a better job, you'll get a better pay too.

Good LUCK!

Don't feel so bad. I'm 23 and still live with my mom, but I help her out with the bills, groceries, and I pay rent. Plus I give her money if she needs extra.
