Fantastic! What a great question. I make efforts to do this, especially with those who appreciate it. I am amazed to how many people though, will confused kindness with things such a weakness and passive aggressive personality. It is none of those. And occasionally I meet those who try to bully me because I practice so much kindness. I have learned to get selectively tough with the bullies and not take their crap. But I still practice a lot of random kindness when I see it is being well received, which most often it is. People have been calling me sweetie! I love it.

I am not practicing random acts of kindness and I would never help a stranger unless there was something in it for me only a fool would give of himself for nothing

i'm probably nicer than what i should be. i always think of others before me but inside i dont really like people and ill tell you why; the nicer you are, the more people take you for granted. for example, in my cooking class i always volunteer to do the dishes in my group, but because of my kindness, now people expect im going to be nice enough to do the dishes all the time. if you want to show random acts of kindness, make sure the people dont take you for granted for it.

I practice acts of kindness every chance I get. I use the best manners I have and tell people "Thank You!" everytime they do something nice for me. For example, at restaurants, I thank the waitress for taking my order and bringing my food.

Trying to see things from anothers point of view. Doing quiet and unexpected turns of good.
Passing blessings forward.
Paying someone's toll on a bridge behind me. Helping an older person out, giving extra to a charity, or a needy family. Thinking before you speak. Simple, yet meaningful gestures.

If they are random acts, then how can you PRACTICE them? When I do something, I do it from my heart without thinking about it and even afterward, I don't go around telling everyone that I've done it. I keep it to myself.

Sure. I always say "please", "thank you", or "excuse me" in public. If someone drops something and I'm near I will help them pick it up if they don't see it or need help. I try to be respectful to elderly people. Especially when they can't move like they use to and some people are pushy with them.
Earlier today my mother and I stopped off at the store and a man asked for our help because he wanted to make something different for his wife, it sounded like. He wanted to know if you could cook soup over chicken and if it would be good. My mom said yeah and suggested cheese soup. So I helped him find it. He was funny he was like "now is this cheese or is this soup", "yeah it's soup" hehe.
