Its for a 13 yr old girl she is coming to my house and wants me to dress her up for Halloween I dont have a costume so I need something easy and something I would have around the house

pajamas and a stuff animal, pigtails and a sucker = baby/toddler
a sport jersey = a fan/player
ripped jeans, a rock shirt, dark make-up = groupie
fuzzy slippers,fuzzy robe,face cream, hair in pins = housewife

Our favorite has always been a scare crow. The kids are very cute its inexpensive and a hit with people we meet.
Things needed
1. flannel shirt
2. jeans or overalls
3. Raffia: very inexpensive in any craft section in any store.
4. elastic or rubber bands.
5. Straw hat
We started by making a wig with elastic cut and tied to fit the child's head. Then used the cut the raffia and tied it around the elastic. Then you put the hat over the wig.
We used the same technique to make it look like straw was coming from the arms and feet.
Then you make it look like straw is coming from the flannel shirt.
If you want you can add freckles using eyeliner.
Then voila a perfect cute scare crow. One year my nephew had us make a jack-o-lantern face on him.

Take a old dress and cut parts off it and do her makeup really bad and make it aprom queen disaster costume

put black pants on and a black sweater and get a hair band attatched some ears to it, just buy some felt from the dollar store, get black eyeliner and make wiskers on your face and littel black circle on your nose and get a black sock stuff it with tissue and make a tail for a cat...very easy.....
