dialer has come up bt risk high
but my ip is bt do i still quarntine?

Yes, definitely quarantee. Better still DELETE IT. Otherwise you are going to get stuck with a HUGE phone bill like one of the other answerers said. I don't see any reason to download another antispyware program unless it is to check and see whether it also picks up on the presence of the dialer. Maybe I am dense, but I do not understand your abbreviations. AVG is very reputable. Check the box, click next, not quarantee, and then click yes to the question which asks whether you want to REMOVE the dialer

In fact, I'd recommend that you remove AVG and install Avast.

AVG is notorious for its bugs.

If you quarantine your BT dialer, you'll end up not being able to access the Net.

AVG tries to quarantine all dialers.

first of all avg does sometimes mess up your pc, its not always compatible, i usually put it on auto so that you dont have to decide!

Do you have broadband?
If so, remove the dialler asap.
Yo may get a nasty phone bill otherwise.
