Seriously you people dont know if you get married you can die anyday. What im doing is living my life to the fullest i might get wasted one day so right now ill just go to school, drink, smoke and have sex all i can and when i die i can be satisfied knowing i had a fun life. So why do people think that they know for sure they going to get married??? Im 15 years old.

In my opinion im never getting married. Once you get married you lose all your freedom and you cant experiment nomore.

I'm a little confused by the way you are thinking on marriage, kids and "living life to fullest".

The main point is, a person can have a fun, adventurous and amazing life without casual sex, drinking, smoking and drugs.
If those things satisfy you, then I feel you truly have not experienced life to the fullest as there is way better things in life to experiment with. It is more that you are destroying your life using those items than trying to enjoy what life you have.

No one knows anything for sure. People can say they do, but in reality they don't. We can die tomorrow or die 80 years from now. It is what good a person does in her or his life on earth is what count.

Not true. I know a lot of married couples who are constantly traveling the world, doing new things and extremely happy with one another. Each has their freedom of speech and to be independent. My fiancé and I are one of those combinations where we have our freedom and experiment with new things.
Now, what confuses me about how you say that "lose all your freedom" is not applied to children.

Having children is when you will loose a lot of freedom as now children are priority. You don't want to be married, but want children. I am quite confused of that combo. Especially since if non-marriage, that gives me the assumption that the "mother" of these children is at high risk of having relationship issues with you. Therefore, placing you as a single father or her as a single mother as you two obviously can't get along. Therefore, giving you extreme less freedom you desire to have.

Some people do great. Some don't. Assuming by his life that you too can be great, shows you have ALOT to learn. You are 15, naive, ignorant, arrogant and extremely uneducated.
Maybe if you stop filing your lungs, blood and brain full of alcohol and smoke, you would make sense as you conflicted yourself, as I pointed out.
Now, if you feel you are mature, you would suck it up when someone is honest with you.
You asked the question. Expect answers and don't get all upset when you are the one that asked everyone to answer it..........

In your case you probably shouldn't get married. If it's not something you totally want don't do it.
But there is a lot of really cool things about getting married: companionship, love, security, family stability.
Not to mention better auto insurance rates!
I'm married and we still have a lot of fun. We go out, have friends over, and the sex is still red hot!

because there is only so much getting-wasted you can do. after you become immune to sex and alcohol, you do drugs. and then you realize that there's nothing more to this life and you think about suicide. it's likely you'll be in your late teens or early twenties. it's then when it hits you that what has always mattered most in life is achieving your fullest potential with the support of loved ones. and your 'friends' will one by one, move on with their own lives. so you get married, often for companionship. or there are the minority who fall in love and stay that way.

Personally, I wanna get married, but you bring up SUCH an incredible point in all this; marriage is over-rated.

when you're older, you get bored of doing what you were doing when you're 15. Plus when you're 30 who are you going to be drinking and partying with? 15 year olds? Most 30 year olds will be married.

Well, when most people mature as they get older they realize how fullfilling married life can be, but for some people that choose to be immature and only think of themselves single life is better for them.

i totally get were your coming from! i think they just want that comfort knowing that there life is stable, knowing that they wont grow old alon.and i personally think its over rated.i don't really ever want to get married. =]

you've got a lot to learn. there's one phrase that you'll someday understand and follow: DO THE RIGHT THING... used to be like you, but then i grew up. A family creates a SAFE and MORAL environment for your kids. something i never grew up in. now i have that for my child. i'm not SELFISH!
