Im 7 months pregnant and all of my teeth feel very loose, I feel like they are going to fall! Does this happen in pregnancy or will thy fall? One of them hurts a little, I made an appointment with the dentist is there something else I could do? I brush them and floss everytime I eat and drink a lot of milk

Yes, unfortunately loose teeth is one of those pregnancy symptoms you never hear about until you get it. It happened to me and I didn't lose any of my teeth. You've done the best thing by making an appt. with the dentist. I can't remember exactly but I think they told me it was due to some deficiency - iron or something. I ended up having to take iron supplements along with the pre-natal vitamins.

There are certain conditions that can effect a woman while they are pregnant. One of them is Periodontitis, it can be troublesome when pregnant. The main problem when it gets advanced is that it can cause premature labor due to infection. I'm glad you are getting them checked, it is important to keep an eye on your dental well being while you are pregnant. Good Luck

Are you grinding them at night!? I do and one time I was grinding them so bad that I almost rocked one completely out of it's socket! I had to buy a night guard! Definatley go see your dentist! Good Luck!

Pregnancy can cause problems with teeth. Gum disease can also cause problems with a pregnancy. Your dentist may give you a prescription toothpaste and prescription mouth rinse.

You probably are stressed and are grinding your teeth. Thay can make them feel loose. Look into a night guard.

ask your gyn/ob if its safe to take calcium supplements...
