If there are runners on first base and second base and the both steal bases at the same time to put runners on at second base and third base then that is a double steal.

a double steal is when two base runners both steal the next available base at the same time (i.e. runners on 1st and 2nd, they both steal taking 2nd and 3rd at the same time.)
