Guys are very visual to begin with, and basically the more, the better. Two girls means two sets of breasts, lips, naked bodies, etc.
Also, like the other poster said- they don't really fantasize about lesbians since real lesbians tend to be somewhat manly. Actually, they fantasize about bisexual girls, or straight girls who experiment. The idea is that the guys also think that they have a better chance of a threesome with the girls, which is something that wouldn't happen if they were strictly lesbians. And to have two women pleasuring him at once is every guy's fantasy.

They are also very visual creatures.
Men are not threatened by other women. They feel powerful and in control, having the one thing neither of the possess.

personally i don't like to see people of the same sex touch each other sexually in any form or in any situation. I have no problem with queers kissing if they love each other, but the rest is just self serving. The problem is most of the world is corrupted by Satan and a there are a multitude of insane people.
