I want to know how much does going to a vet cost because my hamster isn`t normal :(
Clover started limping then it stopped after that it went to sleep and it`s ALWAYS sleeping. Why is that? it`s also not eating when we put food in the food bowl it just eats two or three seeds.
I live in Milpitas, Does anyone know how much it costs?

I am pretty sure that most vets have a standard fee for a visit no matter the size of the pet. There is a web site that i looked at that seemed to have alot of info and could give you a clue as to what is wrong with your hamster and save you some money. Check out www.petwebsite.com/hamsters from what they say your hamster could of had a stroke or could just be constipated but you should read it for yourself. hope your hamster isnt sick and gets back to its normal self real soon.

Depends on where you can find to see your hamster. Most vets will not work on pocket pets and you will have to find an exotic vet. I work for a vet who sees some exotics and the charges $10 for an exotic exam. I live in Indiana

u could call ur community vets and see if the vet will see the hamster, some vets refuse to confirm particular forms of animals, i comprehend this by way of fact when I took my ferret to the vet, she ran from the room and refused to look at him by way of fact she became afraid of "rodents". as for the value idk, yet I even have on no account heard of taking one to a vet. is he ill?

Is it even worth it? If the thing is suffering, just put it in a bag and bash it with a shovel a few times. Next, go the pet store and buy another one for $3.00. You really want to spend $125 on a hamster?
