I've been anticipating this game for a long time too. As you know it's a RTS set in the Halo universe. Not much is really known about it currently, but a bunch of rumors are spread out on the web, and possibly some are true. As of now the playable factions are the Covenant and the UNSC. There is talk about a flood faction too, but Bungie hasn't confirmed if this is true yet. Almost every vehicle and unit from the FPS are in HW, with some new additions. The Campaign is set to flow from the beginning of the war with the Covenant up to the story of the Halo 3 FPS. This includes the fall of Reach, the First Halo incident, the earth invasion, and the discovery of the other rings, and the Arc, along with what has yet to come in Halo 3. Also you can create Spartans and elites as units, but the Master Chief, and the Arbiter are considered hero units. This is all that can currently be considered a possible component of the game, if you want to know more go onto literally any gaming site's forums, but most of it is speculation, and weird theories.
