Holt is a stud. Reggie Williams had 0 catches last week due to Bryon Leftwich's ankle. Bryant Johnson is the second receiver behind Boldin and is up to the play the worst passing defense in the league. Cotchery is inconsistent and playing against Cleveland which has a terrible run defense so the Jets are most likely to run. Joe Horn has also been inconsistent and is up against one of the best Ds in the league, the Ravens.

Obviously you play Holt and Johnson. Do not play Horn, not doing good and bad matchup. That leaves Cotchery and Williams. The QB situation makes Reggie a risky pick. Cotchery is inconsistent but Pennington likes to throw the ball and Cleveland is a good matchup. They will run and pass on the Browns so I would go with Cotchery.

I'd go with Holt, Johnson, and Cotchery.
You're analysis is good. As you've said, it's a roll of the dice between Cotchery, Horn, and Williams. I think Cotchery is the safest bet.
