How can i dress like a police officer without buying a costume?

You will probably have to buy a hat, badge, gun, and/or handcuffs.

As for the uniform itself, police uniforms come in a variety of styles.

For the standard blue uniform, wear a dark blue jacket and pants or skirt, light blue shirt or blouse, and a blue tie. You could also wear a white blouse or shirt. You might wear white gloves.

For the summer cyclist outfit, wear a light blue T-shirt or polo shirt with dark blue cycling pants, paint your city police's logo on the upper left side of the shirt (over your heart), and paint or duct-tape the word POLICE to your back. Wear a white or blue helmet.

If you really really don't want to buy a thing, you can make a badge out of aluminum foil, a button, or cardboard. You could tie a rope around a baseball bat and make that your club. You might twist or bend a wire hanger into a gun shape and cover it with black tape. Your father or another man might have an appropriate hat. However, you can probably find the accessories cheaply at a 99-cent store, discount store, or toy store.

Directions:
A long-sleeve navy blue shirt and navy blue slacks (pants). Stitch long, narrow strips of light blue cloth down the sides of the pants (special glue could also be used). Find a small navy-blue cap at a dollar store and put alphabet stickers from a cheap stencil kit on it to read "POLICE." Attach a sheriff's star to the shirt, and put black shoes on. Simple and cheap! Looks like the real thing!

a pirate= headscarf or bit of material round head cutoff jeans/trousers/flowing skirt vest or torn shirt cut an old tshirt down the middle and tear off the sleeves to make a raggedy waistcoat add some beads bangles and boots/flipflops if you have a big belt add that and you will look just like cap'n jack sparrow or the female version if you are female.
