NO HE MADE A LOT OF PROMISES THAT HE IMEDIATELY WENT AGAINST WHEN HE WAS SWORN AS GOVENOR HE WAS NOT GOING TO CUT SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND THAT WAS THE FIRST THING HE CUT. AND HE LOOKS LIKE A 1935 FORD COUPE COMMING AT YOU WITH BOTH DOORS OPEN
