Its common for you notice a more pungent smell when you're pregnant. Due to hormones, discharge changes, not only in smell, but color and consistency as well. If you notice that the smell is very strong, or that there is discharge that is green-ish yellow, or brown, it could be a sign of a serious infection, and you should get immediate medical attention.

Yes, and it is not really a bad smell, it is just when you are first pregnant your smelling senses are higher and believe it or not you can smell everything. So some smells might appear smelly to you and not others, but it is because your smell has increased , well i am pregnant and the smell of cologne and prefume and fish smell awful to me. and my lower part always smelled bad to me so i constantly cleaned it all the time, try wipes instead of toilet paper ( the scented ones).

It could be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. BV really smells and you get it when the PH is altered within the female parts... You can get it from using a type of soap in the tub to a new shower gel, to having something stick in there that shouldn't be (I know it sounds weird but it can happen) It also gives you a lot of discharge, it kinda smells very fishy.

Nope, I have't noticed that. But I am a lot more sensitive to smells coming from my kitchen. Potatoes, meat, and bannanas now make me gag. Oh and the food court at the mall is so strong with unwanted aromas I can't even approach it without instant morning sickness.
So maybe the smell isn't as bad as you think. Maybe your more sensitive to all smells.

It wasn't rancid like I never showered or anything, but it was a little more pungent. It's from the hormones.
If it smells foul, go see your doctor, you could have an infection.

I don't think I experienced that, but maybe you should see your OBGYN just to make sure that you don't have a yeast infection or a STD.
